Mom of Grant’s Home center’s namesake gets nationwide Superior Neighbor award

LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Grant’s Home assists men and women with special desires, and it is been mainly by way of the attempts of Grant’s mom, Tamara House, that the facility at 1500 Salem St. is Grant’s House exists.

It’s a feat not shed on the the Countrywide Association of Realtors, which awarded Tamara Residence its Good Neighbor Award — a single of just 5 awards offered in the state this calendar year.

In standard periods, Tamara’s award would be introduced throughout the national convention, but this is time of COVID-19. So a couple of associates from the Indiana Affiliation of Realtors, together with Wabash Heart workers and the Residence spouse and children gathered Tuesday for the award presentation.

“This was really his aspiration,” Tamara Residence claimed of Grant’s Property, which opened in August 2019.
